Academy Facilites Coordinator is responsible of the general services for all Academy facilities: • Ensure that all Company workshop training equipment are well maintained and safe for all users. • Is in charge of the general services for the Academy, including the students’ accommodations. By his attitude and good communication, contribute to the development of professional and total attitude amongst our trainees as well as to a good team spirit and high motivation among the training team. As an Academy Facilites Coordinator your Job Activities are: • Inform Academy Manager/RSES of any security or HSE potential hazard and propose corrective action in coordination with Academy HSE coordinator. • Work in close collaboration with the site technical maintenance contractor and supervise all actions performed in our facilities. • Supervise and follow-up all construction and renovation works in the academy • Supervise the security, cleaning, landscaping and catering staff when they operate in our site. Is responsible of the house-keeping and cleaning of the Academy facilities, building and accommodations. • Supervise all in site and outside storages. • Lead and supervise all the work permits. • Control on daily basis the security system (CTV cameras, back-up). • Contribute to the set-up of our rooms and verify that all equipment are present and working when special event takes place in the Academy facilities. • Organize and/or liaise with logistics department for all student and staff transportations when required. • Manage all accommodation rooms, issue the electronic cards, do the weekly rooms allocation plan • Liaise with Contracts and Procurement department for issuing any purchasing document. Contribute to the preparation of the call-off documents, receive and analyse the quotations, then propose the best offer to Academy Management for validation. HSE Responsibilities HSE responsibilities for employees • Comply with the Activities described within the HSEMS • Take reasonable care of their own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by their acts at work. • Know their responsibilities to environmental issues in their work areas. • Each employee, at his level of responsibility, must observe all Company Rules, Procedures and Instructions in the performance of his own task. As such his duties and areas of authority are: • Following instructions given by managers and supervisory personnel • Assuring himself of the safety of his work site before commencing work • Taking the necessary measures to avert immediate threat of danger • Exercising such caution as is necessary to avoid danger to persons and installations or to avoid pollution • Using tools, equipment and their safeguards correctly • Using the provided means of personal protection correctly • Leaving the workplace behind correct and orderly upon job/shift completion • Reporting any anomaly, abnormal conditions and near miss to his supervisor • Participating actively in HSE meetings, safety talks, tool boxes, training sessions and drills • Co-operating actively in the execution of the HSE plans. • Undergoing all the required HSE training in a diligent manner.
