In the role of Admin Assistant in our new store opening in Motor City, Dubai, you will be responsible for processing accurately all administration related to cash flow and the admin for store.
You will report to the Store Manager and your daily responsibilities will include providing a high standard of service to the business with accurate data entry into the system and following all company procedures related to stock and administrative documentation.
To be a successful Administration Assistant in our Motor City Store, you should have previous administration experience in a retail environment, have excellent knowledge of MS Office with strong Excel skills, good analytical skills and attention to detail and knowledge of SAP would be a strong advantage.
You should have great communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment. You must be fluent in English and Arabic is a strong advantage.
You must be happy working in shifts over a 5 day working week.
