Job SummaryThis position is responsible for the development of reporting tools that support the learning function throughout CCAD. The focus will be on analytical support for activities within the department and conducting statistical and financial analyses to identify, issues and opportunities across the organization. Coordinate with Training Coordinators/LMS Administrators to identify data sourcing through the Learning Management System and provide input to the Project Manager.Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesServes as a technical resource in the analysis and evaluation of learning and development activities across CCADProvides analysis and reports for projects, programs and budget expendituresConducts in-depth statistical analysis and evaluation of current and proposed learning activitiesIdentifies strengths, weaknesses and impact of various learning and development programsIdentifies opportunities for program development and improvementMonitors and reconciles departmental reports from multiple sources including LMS, HRIS, etc.Works on special projects as neededProvides support to others on the L & D team, for activities that are managed using a Project Managent approachParticipates in the design, development and implementation of L & D programs.Helps plan and execute industry analyses to evaluate best practice benchmarks for L & D programs.Participates in development and implementation of policies and procedures pertaining to L & D.Works to achieve the objectives and targets of the L & D teamPerforms other duties as assignedJob DetailsDate Posted:2015-05-06Job Location:Abu Dhabi, United Arab EmiratesJob Role:Human Resources/PersonnelPreferred CandidateCareer Level:Mid CareerApply Now
