This role will report to the Country Manager of Sales
Purpose of the job:
The successful candidate in the role of SAC Engineer provides SAC customers with required technical information and solutions. He will be responsible to achieve the required sales revenue and market penetration/share in a specified country/region. He will be responsible for all activities related to product sales and marketing and report the same to HOD.
– Individual with System A/C exposure and has market experience.
– Analyse customer requirements and promote company products, achieving and increasing all targeted revenue and profit goals.
– Able to achieve targets as set by Management:
– Selection of the most appropriate channels.
– Maintain relationship with existing and potential partners, Distributors, Contractors, Consultants, Private and government customers
– Building Channel Management
Defining major consulting & Design companies and continuous communication and presentation to specify products
– Building and maintaining networks through differentiated activities
– Maintaining Consultant and Contractors relationship by regular visits/communication.
– Achieve country wise sales targets (both sell in and sell through)
– Develop & maintain strategic relations with key Contractors using existing shared resources
– Managing project information to increase winning ratio
– Product Management
– SAC Line up selection for region with clear parameters of spec/price/positioning against competition.
– Impart Product training to partners and sales staff.
– Continuously monitor the market trends & technology for the SAC space
