Tint World® specializes in auto window tinting, car audio video, auto security, styling accessories, auto detailing and reconditioning services. Tint World® is also the leading franchised provider of automotive, residential, commercial, and marine window tinting and security film services.
General Operations: · Establish primary goals of the Company with approval of MD such as; Revenue, Gross profit, Net Profits and capital investment for the year. · Set top goals for the company for the current month, quarter and year. Introduce action plan and initiate implementation of action items on this list. · Conduct periodic review of staff achievement against plan of all key metrics like; Revenue, and Service delivery, Expenses, Inventory, Capital Expenditure, Quality and Service. · Constantly look at improvisation to cut costs where necessary and prudent. Evaluate and optimize inventory. Conduct Periodical review of critical suppliers for quality, cost and reliability · Visit all branch offices and evaluate their needs, performance, personnel and cost-effectiveness. · Evaluate technology implementation and optimize within budget constraints. Financial Issues: · Set and Review budgets of all branches for reasonableness of assumptions, quality of projections and relevancy in light of company’s objectives and goals. · Evaluate asset utilization and re-deploy assets where appropriate · Evaluate problems and strengths revealed by the financial statements. Service / Marketing / Sales: · Review and evaluate service fulfilment timelines, budget forecasts and quality of service/repairs, procedures and controls. · Identify the best and the unhappy customers, as well as the company’s image in the marketplace. · Analyse competition and develop strategy to ensure the competitiveness of Tint-world in the market place. · Design and evaluate pricing models and adjust accordingly. · Budget and Evaluate expenditures and effectiveness of marketing and advertising for media, trade shows and market research and adjust accordingly. Update and expand web presence. · Set and evaluate targets, and incentives, for employees · Evaluate customer and technical support, warranties, guarantees and after-sales service. Service Operations: · Leading and coordinating all jobs performed at the shops · Quality control to make sure all jobs are performed to shop’s standards · Ensure service delivery/job done matches customer requirement · Monitor jobs done at the workshop for payment and service compliance · Conduct final inspection upon completion of service inside the workshop if possible · Check equipment used, and replace if required · Approve request for spare part and other auto accessories Systems & Controls: · Educate team members on service delivery policies and implement an effective alert system to track deviations · Point out possible loopholes/gaps in the system to the MD and suggest remedies for improving internal controls · Ensure compliance with all statutory and legal requirements on matters pertaining to service delivery and material used in customers vehicle Regulatory and Legal Compliance: · Ensure the company is in compliance with all required regulatory and licensing agencies, etc. and if not, take action to resolve these issues. · Where applicable, ensure all patents, trade secrets, trademarks and copyrights are properly filed and appropriate protections are in place. · Ensure no law violations have occurred and if they have, take immediate steps to remedy them, or mitigate their impact.
