Business Development Executive
Dubai – Develop and manage a portfolio of customer pipeline Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the assigned territory and the business opportunities. Actively generate new customers by attending face-to-face meetings with qualified prospects. Acquire referrals at every available opportunity. Act as the customers’ main point of contact, by liaising closely with the relevant departments within CEVA to ensure that their queries, problems or issues are dealt with appropriately. Develop a working relationship with the relevant support departments e.g. Operations, Customer Service, to ensure they are kept up to date with all issues relating to customers. Ensure that all deadlines are met and adhered to. Provide regular feedback to BD Territory Manager regarding customer issues/competitor activities.
