Source deals and land, facilitate the development market area plans and long term strategies, including site selection criteria to ensure opportunities for new locations and new markets. ? Obtain construction financing and formulate exit strategies, establish financial merit includes (pro-forma, budget, profit, risk etc). ? Develop and maintain relationships and networks with retailers, developers, brokers and landlords to facilitate an effective long-term relationship and create a positive position for our organization. ? Evaluate demographics, market and site conditions and analyze competition. ? Negotiate terms and conditions of new and existing real estate leases; review contracts for accurate representation of agreements, timelines, easements, signage rights and costs. ? Prepare comprehensive market analysis presentations to present to CEO and Board of Directors. Analyze market data and make recommendations regarding new markets to enter. ? Prepare and present site packs for proposed new locations. ? Work cross functionally with legal, design, construction and operations to achieve real estate development goals. ? Continually keep abreast of market and industry trends, economics and legal parameters.
? Degree or MBA from a recognized and reputable institution or equivalent ? 10-15 years’ work experience in real estate property management experience within the UAE ? Fluency in Arabic and English – Source from NaurikiGulf UAEApply for this job.
