Business Development Manager – Software Solutions – Cupola Teleservices Limited in Dubai
– Identify, qualify and manage opportunities for business development in the software services domain for existing and new customers, with the goal of making software development a significant revenue generating business unit of the Cupola Group MEA. – Propose software solutions for potential customers by analysing system requirements, resource requirements, feasibility and timelines. – Develop and deliver corporate presentations and software demonstrations. – Prepare specific software solution proposals including financials, providing presentations and demonstrations to customers. – Monitor and report on all activities and pipelines. – Maintain excellent customer satisfaction through effective account management – Lead and develop the solutions team for the entire software development lifecycle.
– Minimum bachelors degree in computer science or business with recognised accreditation in software development. – Minimum of 4-5 years sales/business development experience in the software industry. – Charming and pleasant personality with the ability to influence decision makers at all levels. – Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written. – A go getter, self-motivated and target driven individual. – Ability to open doors in to organisations and study processes to identify needs. – Software development experience for service industries such as HR, call centres and BPO would be a plus. – Strong business process knowledge in various business verticals. Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain high level of customer trust and confidence. – Solid understanding of software development life cycle models (CRM, ERP, HRMS etc.) as well as good knowledge of project management principles and practices. – Strong interpersonal skills, presentation skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, team building and to be able to interact with both business and IT leadership at all levels. – Solid organisational and time management skills. – Excellent knowledge of various technology platforms, development tools and programming techniques.
