We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Business Process Manager to join our team within Al Futtiam Honda. The role will be based in Dubai and will report into the General Manager. The main purpose of this role is to enable Al Futtaim Honda to achieve Business excellence.
It is the responsibility of the Business Process Manager to understand the Business requirements of the entire Al Futtaim Honda sales and after sales operations and prepare Standard operating procedures. The job entails documenting current processes, re engineering wherever required and design new processes whenever in alignment with business requirements in consultation with respective Business heads. The BPM will ensure that documented processes are implemented and followed in the business in coordination with respective line managers.
To be considered for this role you will ideally have a Bachelors degree or MBA with a minimum of 8 -10 years’ experience in the Automobile Industry in the area of Sales/After-sales/Finance, at least 2 years of which should be at a Junior/Middle Management level.
You must have experience of documenting, implementing Business processes and Project Management and importantly understanding Change Management. Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills are imperative within this role as are Microsoft Office skills. Experience of SAP and a Six Sigma, ISO certification experience will be advantage.
