Call Center Manager – TGC Consulting
This opportunity is with a leading luxury retail brand based in Dubai, UAE.
The successful candidate will work alongside the Management team in maintain utmost client satisfaction and loyalty by providing exceptional services as a direct liaison between the client and the customer service center and take full responsibility of the Call center operations.
Responsibilities would include
– Managing a team of sales and customer service consultants setting and achieving performance targets for sales, efficiency and quality in line with the company’s overall plan
– Developing sales team members in line with their personal development plans and performance reviews – utilizing call recording sessions, internal training and one to one sessions
– Creating a sense of urgency within the sale team by building an energetic and engaging sales floor and culture
– Ability to analyze problems and produce a viable solution.
– Utilising company led incentive programmes to maintain high motivation and target achievement within the team
– Learning, retaining and coaching sales staff
