Client Service Officer
United Arab Emirates – Responsibilities: 1. Manage customer’s queries regarding all standard Retail banking products and services sourced from personal/priority banking (e.g. cards, vehicles, e-banking, cheque accounts.) 2. Deal with customers transactional banking needs to facilitate deposits, payments and statements etc… 3. Responsible for ordering of cheque books including any customized (special booklet/ stationery) 4. Responsible to deliver on client instructions regarding opening, closing, activating dormant accounts and transfer of accounts as well as input & amendment of customer acc details. 5. Assisting customers in the accurate completion of banking while verifying all supporting documentation 6. Explain and promote bank services to customers while referring them to appropriate services/Dept 7. Liaise on behalf of the customer with internal dept. and branches to execute their instructions and escalate to PB client experience and middle office for cross business query 8.
