Our client, an international ITTechnology company is seeking to recruit a Community Manager This is a contract staffing role under Manpower for a period of 12 monthsAs a developer relations Community Manager, you’ll work with the Regional Developer relations team to execute various programs and events targeted at the software developer community. You will play a key role in facilitating outreach events, competitions, workshops and programs targeted primarily at developers but also at professionals and students. In addition, you’ll manage essential administrative tasks such as logistics and materials for events, tracking and reporting, and financial administration, for which a sense of urgency and eye for detail are essential. This role will also be supporting Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia. Responsibilities Ongoing community support Sending regular updates announcements to various Google groups communities (Google Developer Groups, Google Business Groups, Google Student Ambassadors and other communities) Onboard new chapters Responding to email queries from community members and vendors mostly questions about events, payments, promotional swag, and reports Forwarding product related or technical questions from communities to relevant internal teams or pointing them to available resources Updating community websites and other internal docs as needed Events coordination Reviewing event proposals sent by communities and issuing approvalrejections for proposed events following defined guideline Coordinating with vendors on all event logistics and payments Following up on communities to submit post-events reports Populating dashboard with event results On-the-ground ground support to Developer Relations Program Managers Help with planning events (e.g. developer hackathons, Google+ hangouts) Coordinating logistics with vendors Updating various team reports and dashboards Raising Purchase ordersApply for this job.
