Customer Experience Specialist (Executive)

Dubai – About Employer: Boxit is a technological platform that connects people who need extra space to store their personal items with reputable logistic companies that wish to share their extra storage space and can take care of the transportation. Responsibilities: You have 2+ years of customer care/support experience. You are fluent in Arabic and English. You have hands-on experience using customer care tools like Zendesk. You are a quick learner of new technologies or processes. You are sensitive to customer issues and willing to provide solutions to their specific problems. You have exceptional communication skills that allow you to interact effectively with both customers and cross-functional partners. Skills 2 to 3 years experience in Customer Care/Customer Service. Expereince in Sales/Account Management. He will be the person reponsible for renewing contracts with current customers. The candidate must speak Arabic and English fluently… – Permanent – Full-time
