Customer Relations Executive
Manage the entire customer/supplier lifecycle by matching the requirements and available business solutions. Drive forward key initiatives to achieve business needs through customer acquisition / retention effective project estimation, vendor selection and negotiation, on-time and on-quality delivery that leads to customer satisfaction
Ensure that all Print Media Schedules / Crew Information and other Airline information’s are correct, cost effective and timely manner in alignment with specifications and quality requirements
Work with customers closely and ensure any changes in schedule for quantity and prices are coordinated efficiently and closed by updating schedules, agreements, purchase orders and estimates, invoices are released on time and updated as required
Ensure customer requests / queries are addressed in a timely manner to build sustainable relationship with customers and suppliers
Monitor, track and proactively report business performance, identifying issues, opportunities and challenges. Ensure on-time receipt of periodic reports from the suppliers’ end.
The role will manage and oversee customer requirements in terms of sourcing, negotiation, contracting and supply management. The role will develop, plan and implement strategies to drive continuous improvements and cost effective methods in driving business development. Acts as first point of contact for the customer and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
