Customer Service Agent – Sayegh Group
Efficiently manage significant volume of inbound and outbound calls.
Identify and assess customer needs or inquiries to achieve their utmost satisfaction.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Meet individual/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
May also process orders while maintaining confidentiality of the payment arrangement using
credit card information and receipts.
Handle customer complaints, provide accurate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and
company regulations including following up with specific functions to ensure timely resolution.
Gather all relevant information and relay it to the appropriate functional team or manager to make
sure that problem will be efficiently addressed.
Generate sales leads or potential customers.
Seek out opportunities for revenue generation by offering customers with products or services that
may complement those that have already been purchased.
Consistently maintain accurate records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and
file documents such as contact information, credit card or billing information, as well as detailed
notes regarding the customer’s purchase history.
