Customer Service Officer with one of the leading UK based Outsourcing Co in Dubai
To handle and resolve customers’ or
agency members’ request, enquiries and complaints through face-to-face/ phone
2) To escalate complex enquiries and
complaints to immediate superior or Head Office (if required). Follow-up
closely with respective personnel to ensure prompt and complete solution.
3) To learn and understand company’s
products, services and ensure compliance to all relevant operational as per
listed in Cashier Manual, SOPs, SIs, WIs and ICPs in order to deliver a high
standard of customer service.
4) To perform registration and
processing for all policy changes related request within the branch authorized
limit and benchmark set.
5) To dispatch and collect
documents/ or reports to/ or from Head Office/ other branches on timely manner.
6) To update documents received
(e.g.: cheques, policy contract, etc) from Head Office/ other branches into
system within benchmark set.
7) To maintain systematic filing
system and up-to-date documentation control.
8) To gather information and data
statistics on feedback and suggestions for submission to the immediate superior
for service improvement and management evaluation.
9) To provide feedback as well as to
be proactive towards improving the existing workflow and service if any area of
concern by proposing corrective and preventive actions to the immediate
10) To undertake any other
functions/ tasks assigned by immediate superior and management.
