Customer Technical Support Manager – Can Pack Middle East LLC
1. Reporting directly to the company’s Sales Director of Can Pack Middle East.
2. Checking and monitoring product condition during site visit and ensuring company products are being use based from parameters set.
3. Assisting customer’s in solving technical issues related to machine and product.
4. Conducting product audits on customer to ensure and maintain quality products.
5. Proposing line improvement on customers to improve line performance and productivity.
6. Handling of customer’s inquiries related to seaming, technical information and quality.
7. Conducting on-site investigation related to product quality and food safety concerns.
8. Assisting QC and other internal department on special testing needed to product.
9. Providing technical reports from site visit of customers to immediate superior.
10. Coordinating with other CTS – Can Pack Group companies concerning to machine technical
specification, procedures and other customer related matters.
11. Analyzing product specifications to completely compete with other competitors.
12. Performing other necessary activities that may arise from time to time.
