Digital Sales Consultant – Traffic in Dubai

Traffic Digital are seeking to appoint a Digital Sales Consultant Traffic is based in JLT, Dubai with a large production facility in Karachi. The company was founded in 2009 and now has over 85 full time staff making it the largest independent digital agency in the Middle East region. The company was originally formed to provide web development services, but other services such as Social Media, e-marketing, Content Development and Maintenance Retainers have organically and significantly grown the agency. We are now looking for a Sales Consultant to add to the sales team, working alongside the Operations Director, Sales Director and Business Analyst. It is an exciting challenge for someone with 2-4 years experience in the industry and 1-2 years in the region. Key Tasks: • Convert inbound sales leads; pro-actively maximize revenue opportunities. • Handle inbound sales queries from unassigned clients via telephone, email • Pro-Actively develop new leads through smart thinking techniques, outbound calls, email, networking, etc. • Engage in discovery activities that determine customer needs and suggest & negotiate costs for relevant products and services, • Prepare clients proposals and follow up until deal closure • Achieve and exceed individual and team revenue targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) • Responsible for entering accurate customer and sales data into CRM and providing pipeline and forecasts • Actively follow up on inbound leads and opportunities by making follow up outbound calls • Accurate invoicing and reporting; manage, process, track in a timely and accurate manner Key Skill Sets: • Previous sales experience and a passion to learn and develop • Strong customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships via phone and email • Target orientated with a desire to achieve and succeed • Ability to identify, qualify and understand clients’ needs and deliver against them, whilst negotiating the best deal. • Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills • Strong attention to detail • Proficient Computer literacy (Internet, Microsoft Office Suite, sales based systems) • Experience selling Digital solutions such as Web development, App development, SEO/SEM, Social Media and content Mandatory Experience: • A proven track record in Digital Marketing sales • Demonstrated experience generating leads and closing new business • Clear demonstrable knowledge of digital landscapes • Experience generating revenues against personal target (and love smashing them!) Mandatory Instincts: • Able to spot opportunities, set up meetings with clients • Able to support the creative process as required, solicit briefs, write proposals, negotiate prices, and book new business Personal Skills: • Ambitious: Wanting to create a career in one of the most exciting and fastest growing areas of digital Marketing • Entrepreneurial: Understanding of client challenges and able to explain how Traffic solutions will be advantageous • Accountable: Not afraid of working to targets and willing to demonstrate that you are willing to deliver against personal KPIs (meetings, proposals etc) • Gregarious: Enjoy being part of the digital industry and building relationships will clients and agencies • Persuasive: Able to effectively communicate complex, creative solutions to agencies and clients who may be unfamiliar or uncomfortable with the space • Clear English and Arabic speaking, additional Language will be much appreciated Remuneration: • AED10-12,000/month (depending on experience) • OTE of AED15,000/month • Mobile phone • Healthcare • 21 days paid holiday per annum
