We are currently seeking an experienced Director of Marketing to formulate and execute the marketing strategy around the company’ s growth plan. Reporting to the General Manager you would be heading the Marketing department and managing the team of 2 people. We need a collaborator, a co-conspirator, an innovator, someone who goes the extra mile. To gain our attention you: Must be a master vision creator of online brands Know how to energize and engage global audience Possess a successful solid track record with network marketing and/or online financial products. This position will involve pure marketing responsibilities and little of Public Relations. Our requirements for selection: Develop and execute the company’s event marketing and brand marketing strategy Experienced with current marketing tools such as Mail Chimp, Intercom, Branch Metrics, HootSuite, Kahuna etc. Working closely with the CEO, company’s partners and other key team members. Understand the competitive landscape, trends and client needs for advertising with an eye toward translating this intelligence into financial/educational packages. Strong analytics skills and experience with tracking key performance metrics Experienced delivering integrated campaigns: email, digital ads, web, social media.
