ED Corporate Coverage –MEA Non Presence Countries – First Abu Dhabi Bank FAB
Establish, develop and maintain pro-actively a portfolio of corporate customers requiring complex structured finance and other CB products and services in order to achieve the NPC Corporate Team revenue targets.
Professionally manage the existing portfolio of corporate relationships in NPC with proper attention to the credit responsibility and accountability as well as marketing new business and enhancing productivity by cross-selling.
Acts SPOC for NPC related corporate banking business, and assume the GRM role of all corporate relationships where NPC is identified as country of risk.
Maintaining and enhancing relationships with key customer accounts and prospective customers to ensure business continuity and growth.
Developing Business from new & existing clients, through strategic penetration into identified market/sectors across the entire portfolio spectrum like assets, liabilities, and cross-sell, and insure maximum utilization of limits.
Assessing business, financial & economic risks and opportunities; Preparing/executing a call program designed to evaluate risk, assess opportunities, and maximize potential to cross-sell products.
Monitoring risk and ensuring that the Bank’s relationship strategy is in line with the Portfolio and Industry quality. Liaising with various internal departments for smooth and quick turnaround of transactions.
To maintain high quality standards of documentation, client communication, process compliance, ongoing basis with product partners /Risk Management and other groups.
The role holder is required to significantly grow the existing portfolio, and revenue size in line with the Bank’s appetite to grow business in NPC inMEA region.
Ensuring that the budget numbers are met while maintaining the quality of the credit portfolio at the highest standards, with minimized NPL ratio.
