Dubai – Provide secretarial and administrative support to the management. Coordinates office management activities. Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system of the documents relating to all the employees to ensure that the information is organized and easily accessible and to keep track of the visa, Emirates ID and labour card expiry. Maintaining the file room Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate. Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) Make travel arrangements for the management. Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure. Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders. Skills Proven experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role Proficient in MS Office Good attention to detail Ability to stay calm under pressure Methodical and thorough approach to work.
