Reporting to: MD of Property Development.
Main requirements: Has had 7 – 8 years experience as a FM Manager and 5 as at a Manager Level in Dubai working for FM companies.
Speaks Good English – Preferably also speaks basic Hindi.
Preparing tender specifications for hard, soft and specialist services.
Vendor selection and providing technical recommendations to the members of board.
Project management and supervision of internal and external contractors ensuring highest level of service and safety.
Preparation and management of owners’ association technical operation / maintenance budgets.
Liaising with association board members / owners / tenants on complaint and dispute resolution.
Liaising with internal and external legal bodies.
Liaising with local authorities such as Dubai Civil Defense, RTA, etc.
Liaising with insurance firms for claim handling.
Takeover and handover of buildings and its asset.
Asset tracking and management.
Directing and planning essential central services such as reception, security, maintenance, cleaning, parking management, waste disposal and recycling.
Planning best allocation and perform space management for optimum utilization.
Defining service level agreements based key performance indicators for contractor performance evaluation.
Bachelor’s degree – related to Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management.
