Female Insurance Administrator – Financial Services Our client is a global financial services organisation and we are recruiting an experienced Sales Administrator to provide client relationship support with a focus on a making appointments with corporate and individual clients, administration and following up on policies for insurance, investments and savings on policies and plans. Only candidates who meet the following criteria will be considered: Excellent administration skills gained in working in a financial services, wealth management, and asset management organisation in the UAE is required Fluent in English Currently living in the UAE Numerate with the ability to work with financial data. Responsibilities Following up on policies and payments to ensure that all investments are executed accurately and promptly and liaising with Finance and legal teams internally. Maintenance of an accurate CRM database and assist with email marketing campaigns. Preparation of sales management reports and sales presentations. Essential Skills & Experience Required Excellent administration skills gained in working in a financial services, wealth management, and asset management organisation in the UAE is required. Proficient use of MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint and CRM system. Numerate with the ability to work with financial data. Candidate Profile Proactive approach to dealing with client enquiries and matters. Ability to develop effective business relationships. Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English Must be living in Dubai Female aged between 30 – 40 years Education Bachelor’s Degree is an advantageApply for this job.
