Executive Assistant – eCommerce – Al-Futtaim Retail Divisional Office – Dubai, U.A.E.
As an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director eCommerce you will be responsible to assist in the smooth functioning of the Directors office by providing secretarial & administrative support. The scope of work will include but is not limited to diary management, correspondence (i.e. taking dictation & transcription) & self correspondence, travel arrangements.

To be successful on this role you will need to have a Bachelor degree or equivalent certification. Secretarial diploma / certificate will be an asset. Knowledge of typing & shorthand. High level of PC skills. MS Office packages like Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook. With 3-5 years experience in an Administration / Secretarial capacity dealing with different department with exposure to all areas of business. You also need to have good communication skills, organisational skills, time management skills, interpersonal skills & analytical skills.
