We are looking for a Remittance and Liabilities Product Manager to sit within the Retail Banking Group of an established Middle East bank (primarily focusing on payments). The Bank has a fairly evolved banking platform and is a market leader in retail banking across the UAE. Amongst other things the role will involve:
– Assisting in the end to end product management for remittances
– Product development to ensure the Bank will stay ahead of the game over the next 3 5 years, ensuring full use is made of new delivery channels
– Initiating campaigns to launch those products using above and below the line marketing strategies, highly focused on use of digital, technology, telecoms and social media etc as means of driving business to the platform.
Primary target markets will include individuals using the Banks personal banking, gold services, and private banking platforms. The drive will be find new customers as well as encourage greater usage by existing customers.
The candidate will work closely with product and channel partners as well as operations and technology units. They will take responsibility for meeting budgets and profit targets.

– Proven involvement with product development within payments in a UK or other European retail banking environment
– Proven track record of implementing product launch campaigns across various mediums such as telephones, social media, TV, radio etc
– Strong technical skills with good knowledge of how best to use a variety of delivery channel
