Mark Williams – United Arab Emirates – Our client is a leading technology semi-government entity in Abu Dhabi seeking for an articulate and experienced Emirati HR Team assistant to assist HR department. Job responsibilities: – Communicate to employees the company’s policies and procedures, and other benefits. – Conduct Induction and ensure all initial queries are answered. – Coordinate post joining formalities related to employment visa and relocation to ensure new joiners come on board in a smooth and timely manner. – Initiate contact with possibly qualified candidates for specific job openings and provide assistance to the HR manager, executives and line manager. – Draft accurate contracts and solicit feedback within a week from candidates. – Provide information regarding eligibility, salaries, benefits, etc to candidates. – Maintain accurate employee files and ensure that all relevant information is received from candidates. – Manage recruitment process from drafting job ads, screening CVs and short-listing. -… – Permanent – Full-timeApply for this job.
