HR Business Partner – Nathan & Nathan
– Provide HR support and HR advisory to clients.
– Visit client premises as per the agreed scheduled and interact with management and employees.
– Oversee and execute the HR function for the client and coordinate with the back office to access support.
– Develop and manage core HR processes and systems.
– Organisational structure development.
– Development of Job Descriptions
– Performance mangement system design and implementation.
– Provide Support to Line Managers and employees.
– Coordinate with payroll team for monthly payroll processing.
– Coordinate with recruitment team for sourcing of candidates for available role.
– Oversee and manage PRO for employee related matters such as Visa processing and cancellation.
– Maintain Knowledge of current UAE Labour Laws.
