Required Candidate Profile: Experience in entire Recruitment Process and Working knowledge in HRMS System. Roles & Responsibility : Recruitment 1. Coordinate local and overseas recruitment campaigns 2.Identify the Manpower Requirement & suitable recruitment channels for the company. 4. Liaise with approved recruitment agencies for supply of manpower. 5. Draft employment letters and contracts for selected candidates. 6. Sourcing through different channels to assess the right candidate 6. Meet walk-in applicants, collect and assess CVs. 7.Obtain and assess all certificates and testimonials of the candidate. 8. Ensure all recruitment policies, procedures and techniques are adhered to and recommend improvements. 9. Establish and maintain files and records on an ongoing basis. 10. Maintains an active and organized data bank of applicants for various positions. 11. Generate recruitment related reports. 12. Any other duties as and when required Roles and Responsibilities – Payroll Officer Administering Payroll. The payroll file should include all personnel additions/deductions of which include leave salary additions, unpaid days, expense claims, OT calculations. 1. Preparation of pay slips for all employees 2.Preparation of ESB calculations 3. Preparation of staff / non staff salaries and provide attendance data to respective units. 3. Handle other administrative issues. 4. Co-ordination with branches and others for staff attendance, leaves etc 5.Co-ordination with accounts for timely payment of wages and early salary payments 6.Updation of leave and providing attendance days for staff 7.Preparation of staff salaries for TMS and provide attendance data to respective units 8. Process showcase notice, warning letters, termination notice etc. against employees if any, in line with the UAE Labour law and ensure that all staff related matters comply with statutory regulations of UAE. 9. Manage the employee separation process, thereby ensuring smooth exit of employee from the organization. 10. Accurate updating on HRMS System on timely basis.
