Indian / Filipino Female Sales Administrator Our client is an engineering organisation based near Mall of the Emirates and we are recruiting an experienced Sales Administrator to provide support to the sales and operations teams and cover Reception as required. Responsibilities Preparation and issuing of sales quotes, credit terms and invoices to clients. Ensure that all contractual documents are complete and in compliance with company requirements. Liaise with clients on issues that may arise related to product sales. Preparation of sales reports for management. Assisting in sourcing materials. Support the logistics teams in stock control and inventory management. Conduct contract reviews to ensure that orders and quotations are correct Client database management. Essential Skills & Experience Required 5 – 7 years in sales support and general administration with the UAE, preferably within an engineering organisation. Experience of preparing quotations, tender documents, credit terms and invoices. Competent use of MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint Ability to carry out research and obtain relevant information for tenders, quotes and sales proposals.
