Internal Technical Support Agent $27k (Work form Home) – Crossover

Versata provides software support services to customers who use our 25+ software products and our Internal Technical Support Agents help manage our ticketing system and other core tools utilized by our customers and customer-facing agents. What do we need from you? As an Internal Technical Support Agent, you will: Create, maintain, and troubleshoot all administrative functions in our ticketing system (Zendesk) including views, macros, ticket fields, tags, dynamic content, triggers, mail notifications, automations, and user administration; Work with other teams to identify and define integration requirements; Develop and maintain widgets, apps, web services, and server-side scripts to provide integration with other systems; Respond to feature requests and bug reports from team members; Fulfill ad hoc data requests using customized queries; Create and manage data imports and exports, including migrating data from other ticket systems into Zendesk; and Create and maintain Knowledge Base forums in our ticketing system. Compensation For Non-US residents, we will hire you as an independent contractor at $13.50/hour. For U.S. citizens and permanent residents who are hired into an ongoing contract, we will hire you as an employee (W-2) at $12/hr (instead of an independent contractor) which gives you access to benefits and reduces your federal tax burden. Working Hours – This job is only offered on a Full Time basis (40 hrs/wk). Internal Technical Support Agents work between 8 am and 6 pm Eastern Time, including breaks, Monday through Friday. Additional on-call shifts may be required outside of these times. Please note that we do observe US Daylight Savings Time, so Eastern Time is UTC-4 in the summer and UTC-5 in the winter.
