About the Position
In this position it is imperative that sound interdependent relationships exist between the incumbent and the Al Futtaim Group Real Estate (AFGRE) Commercial, Finance, Development, Sales, Leasing, Marketing departments as these departments represent the internal supplier-base for data analysis. An in-depth understanding of how these departments function is required. Further important relationships are those formed with external consultants who provide information on valuations. The primary output of this position is to produce real-time, accurate information continuously informing the cash flow status of Dubai Festival City (DFC) and Al Futtaim Real Estate (AFRE).
The role will report to the General Manager – Investments and Feasibilities and will be based out of Dubai Festival City, Dubai, UAE.
We are looking for a degree/CA/CPA qualified person with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role with an overall extensive experience in finance. MENA region experience will be an advantage. Working knowledge of the construction/development and real estate industry including hospitality, commercial, retail, residential and infrastructure developments would be an advantage.
