•Generate and strategize marketing campaigns to support our retail, and work hand in hand with sales teams to drive revenue (Positioning, Market Matrix, Strategy, Penetration, etc.)
•Set and implement the marketing strategies as well as a timetable of promotions and activities in support of the marketing plan aiming at maximizing consumer brand awareness and revenues.
•Generate branding ideas that would positively reflect on the Positioning of the company.
•Maintain strong relationship with key media partners, stores and external parties to maximize marketing and advertising opportunities
•Ensure adherence of all marketing campaigns/promotions to marketing plans and specifications set by brand owners in order to ensure regional/global brand image standardization
•Cope with Market and online trends relevant to the brand for ensuring campaigns and promotions are relevant within each market
•Plan, execute and monitor all the marketing activities.
•Start-up a Marketing function based on Best-practices and up-to-date marketing techniques/tools in order to generate brand revenue, profitabing functionility and increasing market share.
•Develop relationships, partnerships, and alliances with external contacts across different lines of business within (brand marketing, Corporate Identity, Advertising Agencies, Social Media, Digital Media etc…)
•Create cohesive marketing campaigns and align them with all internal marketing initiatives.
•Develop marketing presentations and pitch materials that will be used both internally and externally to help pitch new ideas, programs, and themes for retail
•Communicate and coordinate internally with the graphics team, visual merchandizers, and the sales team on how to plan and execute marketing projects that cover the different themes for the different seasons throughout the year.
•Share management duties of a coordinator, and delegate daily tasks to manage timelines, routing, meeting notes, organization, and project management programs.
•Manage all aspects of media / digital media.
•Execute all levels of marketing support ATL/BTL/etc.. by working hand-in-hand with internal/external partners
•Conduct intensive market/competitor research and identify new technologies. Out of the box/innovative ways are demanded for that job.
•Conceptualize and execute retail-based events that include in-store execution, premiums, demonstrations, character appearances, etc…
•Work with the GM to establish and manage the budget for all marketing programs.
•Set and deliver promotions. Ensure that all promotions are properly communicated to customers through the most effective channel.
•Plan and Manage events such as Exhibitions and Sponsorship, or any type of Public presence related to our Brands.
