Responsible for planning, development and implementation of company’s marketing strategies, marketing communications, customer relationship management, e-commerce, and public relations activities, both external and internal. Oversees development and implementation of support materials and services for chapters in the area of marketing, communications and public relations.
Marketing, Communication and Public Relations:
Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
Develop, manage and execute marketing strategies, plans and targets for each business division.
Develop, manage and execute marketing campaigns tied to specific sales activities / promotions.
Prepare online and print marketing campaigns.
Creation and publication of marketing materials in line with marketing plans.
Develop, manage and improve lead generation campaigns and measure results.
Develop strategies and plans to market the company and drive qualified traffic to our front door.
Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing campaigns and communications.
Develop relationships and work with marketing agencies for relevant marketing plan executions.
Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors.
Coordinate and communicate with Management and Operations to ensure full harmonization, coordination, and the best utilization of resources in marketing strategies and plans.
Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.
Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing strategies, plans, and campaigns.
Analyze potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
Conduct customer and market research to define target markets and opportunities.
Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels – content creation, content curation, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copy-writing, performance analysis, and much more
Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and social media that attracts followers and converts them into potential customers. Measure and report results.
Monitor KPI’s that Measure the ROI on marketing investments.
Assure that the Corporate Brand Guidelines are complied with and that they are enforced and executed to the highest standard in all marketing activities, internal and external.
Customer Relationship Management:
Lead the development and execution of a CRM strategy and plan along with relevant Management.
Develop and launch a loyalty program.
Develop and launch customer-oriented initiatives including email campaigns, SMS, newsletters.
Structure CRM activities with a view of maximizing ROI, and business impact.
Develop personalized content to make sure that all communications are relevant and engaging for a cohesive customer experience across all channels.
Ensure consistency in all consumer contact initiatives and communication programs.
Analyse and report characteristics such as purchase history, consumer types, behaviors, and demographics. Propose a customer segmentation strategy and plans adapted to this analysis.
Examine and report on campaigns effectiveness in terms of traffic, acquisition, conversion, retention, revenue, and other relevant metrics.
Create visually engaging reports and presentations to show the effectiveness of each campaign and conduct post-campaign analytics to propose recommendations for future CRM campaigns.
Work closely with the IT department to become familiar with the AX application and better understand all CRM feeds, data extraction, and statistics flowing in and out.
Planning and Budgeting:
Oversee marketing budget and allocate/invest funds wisely.
Ensure that all marketing/communications/public relations activities are within budget, monitor progress, assure adherence and evaluate performance.
Develop, implement and monitor systems and procedures necessary to smooth the operation of the marketing/communications/public relations function.
Manage all marketing for the company and activities within the defined scope.
Responsible for liaising with operational business units and corporate strategic planning to ensure an integrated and cohesive approach to marketing.
Work with senior management to develop an annual Marketing Plan with realistic targets, budgets, and controls.
Responsible for the process of marketing new products. Provides input and participates in the development of promotion and marketing strategies, to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
Liaise with Operations and IT managers on maximizing the benefits of company’s CRM system.
Collaborate with the HR Manager and Operations to assure that necessary sales and soft skills training are conducted to assure the best presentation of our brands and company.
