Medical Director – Kinetic Business in Dubai

A top multinational pharmaceutical company based in Saudi Arabia is actively recruiting for a Medical Director. This company is able to attract and retain the strongest candidates on the market and offer a professional working environment. – Liaising and providing leadership support to internal departments and alignment with the strategies, business goals and customer needs of the business. – Provide insight, expertise and medical support to the business. – Ensures processes and procedures within medical are continuously reviewed and updated to meet current and future business needs. – Leads, motivates and enhances the performance of the Medical Affairs Team through coaching and by direct example. – Represents the immediate point of reference for medical issues, providing advice on medical issues and assuring appropriate resolution. Desired Skills and Experience – Medical Doctor with solid education and experience. – Fluency in business English. – Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, especially medical affairs and/ or clinical research. – Extensive knowledge of relevant international Codes of Practice, guidelines and regulations. – Comprehensive knowledge of Pharmacovigilance, regulatory legislation and the drug development process. – Line management experience and general business management experience.
