Overall description of the role:
MOD Sales Management is responsible for gaining intelligence on EI/MOD market dynamics and competition to ensure the achievement of EI/MOD market share, operating revenue and C1 targets.
Manage market and competitor product & service research and analysis to support the EI/MOD Sales strategy on a continuous basis contact with the Field Operations branches.
Implement Sales Processes and Tools for EI/MOD.
Request the development and/or adaptation of product, based on market requirements.
Monitor and ensure data accuracy in EI/MOD Sales reporting.
Establish and maintain the sales price lists.
Monitor and manage discounts levels.
Coordinate EI/MOD business Marketing & Communications through campaigns, communication media, customer oriented events, etc.
Implement the Customer Excellence program.
Coordinate sales activities of the EI/Modernizations Sales Managers
Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overnight travel.
Own car and driving license
Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments
Interact professionally with other employees, customers and suppliers
Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations
