Office & Finance Administrator – Portas Consulting Ltd
The Administrator position will be based out of our Dubai Office in Dubai Media City and is initially expected to be on a part-time basis (e.g., 20 hours per week, flexible hours). The main responsibilities are as follows, with role scope likely to increase as the firm grows:
• Supporting the Office & Finance Manager in tasks related to office management – e.g., mobile phones/telecoms, business cards and office supplies, logistics for off-site meetings, visa applications, employee data/contact information, company events, HR, Health & Safety, IT support, flight bookings
• Providing key elements of “PA” support for our ME Partner – e.g., diary management, coordinating client and internal meetings, travel arrangements, expense claims, maintain client contact list, etc.
• Supporting the Office & Finance Manager in tasks related to financial management – e.g., client contracts, invoices and payments, relationships with local bank, expense management and payroll, insurance & Health insurance policy management
