Office Supply Assistant (URGENT) – Client of Five Continents in Abu Dhabi
– Supervises stationery store activities at COMPANY HQ. Includes making advanced planning of supplies, selecting stationery, making storage facilities and ensuring that proper records are maintained in order to meet the full need of stationery supplies for all directorates. – Initiates purchase requisitions / work service orders for all office supplies and maintenance services after scrutinizing and ascertaining the exact requirements includes processing invoices through supervisor for payment. – Receives and check all requests of H.Q and Non H.Q. Directorates for administrative office supplies and services such as office assets and stationery/consumable supplies. Verifies with requesters, prepares and raises purchase requisitions and passes to supervisor for approval and further processing. – Receives and checks office stationery materials being delivered against original orders and samples, signs related documents confirming receipt of materials. – Initiates orders for replenishment of stock for approval by Supervisor/Section Head, and purchases within authority limits, urgent stationery / consumable supplies available on local markets and issues to requesters. – Maintains and updates stock cards for office stationery to reflect current stock level of each item and includes recording date quantities received and issued and computing balances to determine stock levels and necessary replenishment. – Arranges for repair and maintenance of all COMPANY Offices equipment and furniture either through appointed service contractors or with selected contractors by raising work service orders. – Checks contractors invoices after satisfactory completion of maintenance work and passes to supervisor for rechecking and payment processing. – Participates in the preparation of monthly activity report showing actual monthly management report. – Performs other similar or related as assigned.
