Officer – Business Retention
To perform day to day Business Retention activities as per established policies and processes to achieve minimize customers’ attrition and achieve set targets.
Achieve daily target for after sales submission application which assigned from Br Manager
Keep follow-up for the pending cases and minimize the numbers
Implements strategies to achieve the target level of volumes of business retention
Coordinate with Telesales / direct sales & branches for asset retail product by cross selling
Provide a good services quality to the customer & develop a knowledge base of why customers leave a bank
Meet productivity targets at all times and as per agreed levels
Identify, propose and implement improved processes and procedures for service quality standards in Business retention
Ensure customer satisfaction through providing full awareness products information
Enhance the knowledge and skills using all availability sources
Retain existing customers by providing outstanding service.
Facilitate the internal communication among agents
Sending daily and weekly report to BR Manager with full suggestions to improve the servic
