Operations Manager – Al Barakah Holding
To maintain the efficient and effective operation of all front of house activities of The National Aquarium and in doing so ensure all patrons who visit the Aquarium receive an exceptional quality experience. This position provides ongoing support to the General Manager and in his absence makes decisions according to the company’s culture and standing.
Nature & Scope:
The Operations Manager provides leadership for the day to day management of The National Aquarium’s customer service division including its resources and assets and the effectiveness and efficiency of its operations. In meeting this challenge, the Operations Manager ensures that the Aquarium has in place the appropriate authority and management structures, policies and procedures and that these are adhered to at all times. To manage Front of House teams to ensure best-practice customer service delivery.
