To train and supervise a brigade of Oriental Pastry Commis and chefs. To develop profitable concepts and promotions for the hotels retail bakery outlet. Working with the Purchasing department and Executive Chef to source top quality ingredients to produce classical french pastries and fine confectionery. Create plated dessert items for the restaurant menu’s Qualifications Qualifications and Technical Skills A minimum of 2-4 years experience in a similar capacity at any star class international hotel. Relevant qualifications or certifications are also an advantage.
