Our client, a fast growing holding company, is urgently looking for a well experienced and hardworking
Personal Assistant to assist the CEO of the company. In this role, you will be expected to provide high level of general secretarial duties including but not limited to:

answering / screening telephone callspreparing and producing documents using the latest Microsoft applicationsmanaging documentspreparing meeting agenda and taking down notes in meetingsliaising with other department managers and other stakeholders about certain projectscreating reports using different toolsrepresenting the company in events and in some meetingsbooking hotels and flightsmanaging emails and meeting schedulesperforming other tasks that maybe assigned

To be considered in this role, you need to meet the following criteria:a diploma or bachelor degree holderhave a total of 6 years of work experience, of which 3 years in supporting senior managementhave strong command of English and knowledge of Mandarin language is a plusstrong knowledge in using Microsoft applicationability to work in a very demanding work environmentflexible to work even after working hours to coordinate meetings/hotel bookings or flights of the manager/produce reportswilling to work 6 days in a week with 1 day offwillingness to travel, within and outside UAE on occasional basisTo view other vacancies we have, please visit our website – www.blackpearlconsult.com
