Platinum Experience Manager – $40k (Work from Home)
We are looking for dynamic Platinum Experience Manager (PEM) to join our team of highly skilled support professionals. You will work our Platinum level customers who are using our cutting edge technology and be part of a Global team that work in a fast paced and constantly improving virtual support center of excellence, all from the comfort of your own home.
The Platinum Experience Manager (PEM) works on behalf of our platinum customers to ensure:
– Software issues requests are prioritized appropriately
– Elite services are promoted and discussed to ensure a full Platinum program experience
– All issues are addressed with a sense of urgency
– Escalations and other requests are managed through resolution
– Focus on issue and relationship management.
– Meet regularly with customers and discuss reports, priorities and work through the key issues to ensure their success.
– Source any opportunities within the account to expand the Ignite footprint.
