PR and Communication Executive – Khidmah LLC
Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Communications, the PR and Communication Executive will be responsible for all media related activities as well as internal communication.
1. Media related Activities:
Support in Developing corporate message house & training respective spokespeople
Support in Building & Managing strong relationships with media to ensure necessary accessibility and penetration when required
Support in managing crisis situations to ensure timely proactive or counteraction plans protecting company’s image and best interest.
Planning, executing & monitoring PR and external and internal communication strategy & plan to ensure successful implementation
Reviewing press kits, press releases, editorials, features, media interviews, inquiries and all PR collateral etc….
Manage and handle PR agency to ensure successful implementation of PR plan while maximizing PR value generation
Monitor press coverage related to the organization, industry and competition to maximize opportunities for positive coverage and manage issues and/or crisis situations
Handling media monitoring tasks to send out timely media updates
Collate and analyze current communications and messages and ensure consistency.
2. Internal Communication:
Develop, plan and execute annual internal communication plan – to ensure staff are regularly updated and informed.
Manage internal communication platform, including different activities’ (i.e emails, staff meetings, intranet…etc) usage & monitoring, while ensuring its adherence to company’s brand guidelines
Draft & edit internal communications including emails, memos, etc…
Pro-actively seek regular feedback and continuously revise plans to optimize internal communication.
Create & publish internal and external newsletters & publications both to staff as well as customers.
Plan & execute staff meetings
3.Unify brand’s language & tone throughout all external and internal communications
4.Work well cross functionally with other departments and gather information to ensure leverage on departmental updates and mutual activities to achieve the best outcome
