To provide pricing and related services to external and internal customers, including attitude knowledge, technical support and quality of service in a timely manner.
Supports the Sales team, Operational accounts, Strategic accounts and Network enquiries in pricing, preparing quotations an in estimating for contract negotiations, and supports the negotiation process
Prepares sales contracts based on approved proposals and ensuring all contractual obligations are clearly addressed and documented
Actively engages with operations and other departments in defining and documenting standard operating procedures for specific contracts as a part of negotiation process
Coordinates in ensuring all legal requirements are compiled with safeguarding the interest of the company
Finalizes contracts after including any changes required by customer and ensuring all authorized
signatories sign the final draft of the contract
Ensures all appropriate contract records (system files) are maintained and updated and renewals initiated well in before the expiry of the contract
Ensures the quality of the quotes and proposals are maintained as per the set standards
Any other duties/projects as assigned by the Line Manager from Time to Time to meet the business
Internal and External Coordination
Facilitates and expedites communication between clients and internal departments such as Sales,
Network offices, Operations and Customer Services to establish best service possible.
Provides Cost and Sell information to Origins/Destinations to place the booking and initiate the shipment.
Ensures that all cost and sell information are passed on to Customer Service or operations along with customer confirmation.
