QC – Site Team Leader – BUREAU VERITAS in Abu Dhabi

BV, Abu Dhabi is looking for QC – Site Team Leader. The position is a permanent hire. Primary Functions: 1. Prepare & Submit Technical Reports for Site Inspection Services. 2. Provide guidance to Site Inspectors team. 3. Assign work load to Site Inspection Team. 4. Maintain Copies of Applicable Contracts & Coordination documents for Site Inspection Services. 5. Review of applicable contractual requirements (Technical standards, specifications etc.) 6.Definition and review of Quality Plan and relevant procedures. 7. Review and validation of inspection assignment documentation (technical aspects, reference documentation, schedule, milestones, reporting, logistics, co-ordination procedure, etc.) 8. Definition of Bureau Veritas interventions 9. Coordinate Inspection Assignments for BV Site Inspection Team along with Technical specification & Procedures. 10. Coordinate with Client for scheduling inspection. 11. Liaise with BV Site Team for Execution of inspection, reporting including treatment of Non-conformities (NCR’s) and other applicable deliverables 12. Ensuring quality of inspection according to BV Quality System 13.Treatment of Non-conformities / corrective actions 14. Follow up with BV Site Team for submitting the reports on time 15. Review inspection reports for correctness and completeness and submit to Client on time for review and further action. 16. Maintaining internal and external communication 17. Submit Time sheets of Site Inspection Team for Client approval. 18. Promotes Bureau Veritas service portfolio to clients 19. Respects security guidelines of Bureau Veritas and safeguards personal security in the working environment 20. Actively participates in the sharing of knowledge and information (Knowledge Management) 21. Prepare Weekly reports. 22. Submit Monthly Status Reports to Project Manager on time for review and further action as per contractual requirements. 23. Attend on site the weekly/Monthly quality meeting with Client/Contractor if applicable

Diploma / Degree in Related Engineering Discipline or Equivalent with at least 10 years of experience in Oil and Gas. Prior experience in handling site operations and personnel is preferred. – Source from NaurikiGulf UAE
