Real Estate Manager
• Research, obtaining leads and developing new business opportunities in order to reach sales targets
• Team structuring & Team management.
• Perform duties, such as study property listings, interview prospective clients, accompany clients to property site, discuss conditions of sale etc.
• Responsible for negotiation of rates with prospective clients for closing the deal, considering the rates decided by the management.
• Organize and consolidate sales leads through sources such as customer response cell, referrals, and Real estate Agents to filter the prospect buyer.
• Existing client relationship management.
• Tower Management & Maintenance.
• Ensure all daily, Weekly and Monthly reports are generated and sent to General Manager & HR in the prescribed format.
