We are looking for a proactive and organized individual who will be responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support to our team in order to ensure smooth day-to-day running of the office and company activities. - Managing reception desk including greeting guests, taking calls and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Providing general support to visitors, resolving information & administrative requests.
- Taking care of the office and other company premises including supplies & inventory.
- Managing preventive office maintenance and coordinate repairs.
- Timely payments of utilities and other bills with attention to budgetary constraints.
- Monitoring expenses and assistance in finance report preparations.
- Maintaining of documentation database and filing systems.
- Preparing internal & external correspondence emails, letters and other documents.
- Organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Making arrangements for staff travel, visa & accommodation.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning etc.
- Providing general administrative and secretarial support to management / other departments as delegated.
- Other daily duties as assigned by management.
