Job Requirements: Liaise with the hiring departments to gain thorough understanding of position requirements, candidate profiles and work closely with them to meet their recruitment targets. Design and or revise recruitment related forms and prepare other recruitment material. Participate in recruitment events. Screen candidates and make recommendations for candidate suitability to the hiring departments. Schedule interviews for short listed candidates. Ensure that appropriate panels are selected for all interviews where there should be a minimum of three persons on any panel. Act as an ambassador for Horizon, role-modeling professionalism. Ensure that candidates are met by a recruitment team member on arrive for interviews. Ensure professional follow-up after the interview. Send out regret letters to unsuccessful applicants and candidates ensuring that an appropriate communication is received by each person. Ensure completeness of all required documentation for hiring selected candidate. Ensuring candidate queries are answered with professionally and promptly throughout the recruitment and on boarding process. Work with the PRO, to process employees (and their dependents) for visas and clearances. Work with the Manager, Administration to relocate candidates hired from overseas. Ensuring the application tracking system (People Admin) is updated of all recruitment activities. Maintain the system files on position vacancies and status of the recruitment for each in the HR system.
