As Risk Assurance’s L&E and people assistant manager you will be responsible for creating, coordinating and running Risk Assurance’s L&E programme as well as performing other people tasks including being Dubai resource champion.
The purpose of the role is to enable Risk Assurance leadership to deliver on their people strategy which includes an objective to provide timely and relevant training to everyone in Risk Assurance to meet both Risk & Quality and personal development objectives.
You will report directly to the Risk Assurance operations director but with close interaction with the L&E director and Core L&E team.
* Experience in preparing and coordinating L&E activity.
* Have the ability to juggle a large number and variety of issues on a daily basis. Prioritise and resolve issues.
* Proactive, recommending and implementing appropriate change where required.
* Trustworthy when dealing with a number of complicated and possibly sensitive issues.
* Have a good track record of developing sound relationships with a variety of key stakeholders, being persuasive and earning respect.
* Commercially minded with a good understanding of the Risk Assurance practice.
* Action orientated, with a focus on continuous improvement.
* Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
