Sales and Business Development Responsible
As Smartway continues to grow in UAE market, we are strengthening our sales and technical teams and are recruiting a (senior) Pre-Sales Consultant in Dubai. Smartway, is the leading MENA region in E-learning (MOODLE) and ECM Solution (ALFRESCO) targets the entire market from very large andSMEs, Public Sector as well as Cloud Providers. Within a dynamic and passionate team and in close collaboration with the Sales Representatives, you will have the responsibility to promote Smartway solutions to partners, prospects and customers, in UAE.
You will be accountable for convincing new partners and customers about Smartway Portfolio and for the technical satisfaction of your partners and customers covering all the pre-sales cycle and the account development. Your responsibilities will include: – Advising partners, prospects and customers on their needs. – Engaging with decision makers and analyze partner, prospect and customer needs – Demonstrating and presenting the solution and its value. – Designing the technical response to RFPs/RFIs and be part of the strategy definition with the sales team. – Conducting prototypes, and pilots. – Conducting seminars and participating in tradeshows. – Participating in the recruitment and development of business partners – Occasionally, Training partners and customers on the solution and supporting them in the implementation – Building a strong relationship with the Smartway Employees and more specifically the R&D, the support and the international teams. This position reports to the Sales VP.
